Sludge disposal system for Shidongkou WWTP of Shanghai is the sub-project of the First-phase project for Suzhou Creek Rehabilitation, a key engineering of Shanghai Municipal. The project adopts sludge dry + Incineration processing technique developed by our company., with the disposal capacity of 213 t/d (moisture content of dewatered sludge 70%) 。

Taopu Municipal Sewage Processing Plant Incineration, Drying and Delivery System Reconstruction Project was made up of three parts, including the reconstruction of old delivery system, major repairing incinerator hearth and increase new system for sludge drying and heat recovery.。

The treatment capacity is 45t/d wet sludge (80% moisture content) after the reconstruction project. Heat of the sludge incineration is recovered and put back to use sludge drying. The energy balance of the whole system would be achieved by sludge heat itself. This reconstruction would improve greatly the system stability and automation ability, which makes the operating environment cleaner and the operation costs lower significantly.

Ningbo Rayon Sludge Drying and Incineration Project is the auxiliary project of the key engineering with an output of 10,000 ton acrylic, which is invested by joint venture. Sludge dry + incineration processing technique developed by our company, is adopted, with the disposal capacity of 10t/d (moisture content of dewatered sludge 70%).
