It is different from traditional thermal power generation, which could convert the low-quality and waste heat during incineration into the advanced energy — electric power, by recycling waste low-and-medium temperature steam below 500~550℃. So it is a high-efficiency and energy-saving technology, combining with contract energy management, which could offer benefits to customer, society and the country. In terms of technology, we choose screw expansion generator suitable for certain condition, integrated with our solid waste and hazardous waste disposal system, which has achieve waste heat power generation successfully. Case: Ningbo Beilun Environmental Solid Waste Disposal Co., Ltd. — Waste heat steam generation project The production line of the project, “Ningbo Beilun Environmental Solid Waste Disposal Co., Ltd. — 1st and 2nd phases of disposal of industrial waste, medical waste and sludge drying and burning”, constructed by Shanghai Canzhou Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., owns the capacity of generating saturated steam: 1st phase, steam pressure 0.5-0.6MPa(A), flow 3-4t/h, at saturation temperature; 2st phase, steam pressure 0.5-0.6MPa(A), flow 4-5t/h, at saturation temperature. But all the steam is discharged as waste, and a large amount of heat is wasted. So recycling the waste heat of the saturated steam is the way to improve the efficiency of energy use, to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction, and to gain economic benefits. It is intended that utilizing the screw expansion generator to recycle the steam waste heat for power generation can create social benefits to the country and increase economic benefits for the enterprise, which is highly promoted under national energy-saving policy with urgency and necessity.
